1. Book an online appointment
You can easily choose a suitable appointment through our online booking system.
After booking, you will receive a manual confirmation by email – including information on how to prepare further.
The initial payment (€125) is made in advance to cover organizational and medical efforts.
2. Prepare your documents
About 4 weeks before the appointment, you will receive:

A medical history form
-
Questionnaires about symptoms and daily life

Instructions for the standing test (a blood pressure monitor is required!)

Instructions for the hand dynamometer test, including a table to fill out (the hand dynamometer must be ordered separately*)
*For the strength measurement, you will need a simple hand dynamometer.
You may use a model of your choice – Dr. Geiger uses the following model in her Vienna practice: View hand dynamometer on Amazon.
Please return the completed documents to the clinic no later than 2 weeks before the appointment.
Please also send any open questions ahead of your appointment. This way, we can prepare thoroughly and ensure your concerns are discussed efficiently and without unnecessary strain during the consultation.
3. Online Initial Consultation (30 min)
During the online appointment, we will discuss:

Your current situation and previous medical findings
-
Possible treatment approaches
-
Tolerability and potential side effects
-
Your open questions – feel free to submit them in advance
Note: Relatives are welcome to join the appointment or attend it on your behalf if necessary.
Important note regarding appointment duration:
The appointment is limited to 30 minutes – and will not be extended.
Many of our patients have only a limited energy budget, which is why we are very mindful of keeping the process efficient.
Please help us by submitting all open questions beforehand. This ensures that the session remains energy-saving, well-structured – and that subsequent patients also receive their full time and attention.

4. Results & Treatment Plan
Within one week after the consultation
(possibly a little longer depending on holidays), you will receive:

Your personal medical report

Prescriptions and referrals for further diagnostics and, if necessary, specialist evaluations

Recommendations for your general practitioner

A recommendation for the timing of your follow-up appointment (usually 8 weeks after starting therapy) – please book this appointment yourself
With the delivery of the report, the second payment of €125 will be charged.
Before the next follow-up appointment:

Please submit your current documents in good time – ideally 2 weeks before the appointment.

At the same time, another prepayment of €125 will be due (for preparation).
5. Follow-up Appointment
Approximately 8 weeks after starting the therapy, the follow-up appointment takes place.
This serves to review the course of therapy and make individual adjustments if necessary.
Please book this appointment yourself.
Note: Relatives are welcome to join the appointment or attend it on your behalf if needed.
A payment of €125 will be charged after the follow-up appointment.
You will then receive your updated findings and recommendations.
