Clarification

The Long Covid Online Clinic is a brand and telemedicine platform operated by Cormedis FlexCo. It is not a hospital or healthcare institution within the meaning of the Austrian Hospitals and Health Resorts Act (KAKuG).

All medical services are provided exclusively by independent physicians in private practice, acting under their own professional responsibility. These physicians are subject to the Austrian Medical Practitioners Act 1998 (Ärztegesetz 1998) and the supervision of the competent Austrian Medical Chamber.

Cormedis FlexCo provides exclusively non-medical services, including technical and administrative support, and operates independently from Dr. Geiger's medical practice.

Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
