​Why an online network?

Appointments are booked via the MediPrime app, accessible through our homepage. There, you can choose whether you'd like to schedule an initial consultation or a follow-up appointment—for ME/CFS, Long Covid, Long Covid Kids (ages 10 and up), or MCAS.

After booking your appointment, you will receive a manual confirmation from us, including an invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer.The total cost per appointment is €250, which is divided as follows:€125 before the appointment – for preparation and review of your documents€125 after the appointment – together with the delivery of your medical reportSince appointments take place every 8 weeks, this corresponds to a fee of €125 per month.For the next follow-up appointment, the process is the same:Again, €125 is due in advance and €125 after the appointment.We are private physicians (Wahlärzt:innen). This means that you initially pay the costs yourself and can then submit the invoices to your health insurance provider. The amount reimbursed depends on your insurance and your previous submissions. In general, approximately 80% of the standard insurance rate is reimbursed – but not the full amount.If you wish, we are happy to handle the submission to your insurance provider on your behalf.

Even before the actual appointment, our specialist team analyzes your submitted questionnaires and test results, develops an evidence-based therapy recommendation, and prepares all necessary informational materials. This service is time- and resource-intensive – the advance payment secures this effort.

Partially. We are private-choice physicians (Wahlärzt:innen): you pay in advance and receive an itemized invoice (“Honorarnote”) to submit. As a rule, up to 80% of the statutory tariff (not our fee) may be reimbursed—depending on your insurer and the service, it can be less.The actual refund may be lower; it depends on your insurer, the service provided, and your individual circumstances.Important: For many insurers, the 80% rule applies only if you have not used any statutory-insurance services in the same quarter from the same specialty (internal medicine). Otherwise, reimbursement may be much lower or not available.We’re happy to help with the submission.

We are very happy to treat patients from other EU countries as well. All doctors offer appointments in German and English.Prescriptions and referrals are provided with a digital signature, making them as valid as a manually signed prescription. You can redeem these at any pharmacy.However, we cannot provide information about whether or to what extent your insurance will cover the costs of the consultation and medication.

Consultations and document processes are managed through the MediPrime app, which you can easily download onto your smartphone or tablet. A current and common browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and a stable internet connection are sufficient.

Yes. The MediPrime app uses two-factor authentication, which can also be shared with a trusted person.Important: Please provide us with the name and phone number of the trusted person so that we are authorized to share information with them.Furthermore, the following applies:Family members can gain access via the app and be involved in a supportive role.They are allowed to attend online appointments and, if desired, speak on behalf of the patient—for example, if the patient does not have enough energy for the full appointment (about 30 minutes).If the patient is unable to attend the appointment, a family member can participate alone.We understand how valuable support from family members can be and are therefore happy to include them.

After booking your appointment, you will receive:A medical history questionnaireAdditional questionnaires (e.g., circulation test, hand strength)You can complete these calmly and step-by-step directly on your smartphone. Your answers will be pre-evaluated by our specialist team and directly incorporated into the therapy planning.More information can be found under "Treatment Process."

After your initial consultation, we ask you to book a follow-up appointment yourself – ideally about 9 weeks after the first consultation or 8 weeks after starting therapy. This allows us to closely monitor your progress and adjust the therapy if needed.

Since we invest time and resources before the consultation, free cancellation is only possible up to a certain time before the appointment – at the latest 48 hours in advance. For last-minute cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to the appointment cost may be charged, unless the appointment can be filled on short notice. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee this.If you are unable to attend, the appointment may also be taken by a trusted person or a family member.Our time and services are very limited – we want to help as many patients as possible. Please cancel in a timely manner if you cannot attend the appointment.

Our services are aimed at individuals aged 10 and older with Post-Covid, ME/CFS, or MCAS who suffer from chronic symptoms, as well as those affected by dysautonomias. A prerequisite for treatment is that you have already undergone thorough medical examinations – particularly by your general practitioner and, ideally, by cardiologists (e.g., cardiac ultrasound) and neurologists (e.g., neurological assessment).Please note:We are not a point of contact for acute medical issues.Treatment is provided exclusively online – therefore, a physical examination on site is not possible.Previous medical reports must be provided to us in full.It must be clearly ruled out that your symptoms are caused by serious cardiac or neurological conditions.We are happy to support you with complex medical conditions – provided that potential serious causes have already been clarified by medical professionals beforehand. Close collaboration with your general practitioner is essential and remains an important part of the treatment process.

Long COVID refers to persistent symptoms starting from the 4th week after an acute COVID infection.It is an umbrella term for anything that does not heal as expected – for example, ongoing exhaustion, cough, concentration problems, or shortness of breath.Post-COVID Syndrome is used when symptoms persist for more than 12 weeks and cannot be explained otherwise.It is therefore a medical term for the long-term consequences.Of course, all patients with ongoing symptoms after COVID are welcome – regardless of whether it is Long COVID or already Post-COVID Syndrome. Early diagnosis and treatment can be crucial for improvement.

If no appointments are shown, the doctor is currently fully booked. It’s worth checking back regularly – new appointments are continuously released, for example when patients cancel or additional slots are opened.
