Qualifications & Background:

 

• Born and raised in Salzburg & Upper Austria (1989-2008)

• Medical studies: Medical University of Vienna & Barts and The London School of Medicine-QMU London (2010-2018)

• Basic training: Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy Vienna (2019-2020)

• Specialist training in dermatology: University Hospital PMU Salzburg (2020)

• Switch to training for general medicine:

Ottakring Clinic, Evangelical Hospital Vienna, Floridsdorf Clinic, Dr. Daniela Danner-de Mendelssohn's Rudolfsplatz Practice (2022-2026)

 

Since his own post-COVID illness in 2022, Dr. Felix Seeliger has been intensively studying post-acute infection syndromes (PAIS) as a patient. He is particularly committed to incorporating his personal experiences into the medical treatment of his patients, thereby offering especially empathetic care to others affected by the same illness.
