Clarification: Long Covid Online Klinik is a brand and platform of Cormedis FlexCo and not a hospital within the meaning of the Austrian Hospitals Act (KAKuG). Medical services are provided exclusively by independent private physicians under their own responsibility; they are subject to the Austrian Physicians Act 1998 and the supervision of the competent Medical Chamber. Cormedis FlexCo provides exclusively non-medical (technical and administrative) services and is organisationally separate from the practice of Dr. Geiger.

Online dispute resolution: EU Commission platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings and do not do so.
